BELTON, MO (June 24, 2022) – KPI Integrated Solutions (KPI), a leading supply chain consulting, software, systems integration, and automation supplier today announced their recent order fulfillment transformation project has enabled Zeek Logistics to quadruple inventory capacity, increase labor productivity, and accurately replenish, stock and fulfill orders at a high speed.

Zeek Logistics partnered with KPI to design and implement a new robotic picking solution for one of their clients who distribute medical supplies.  After analyzing order data and reviewing automation options, AutoStore technology was selected to reduce and condense storage space, and quickly deliver products to pickers for fast order fulfillment.  This new system eliminated paper-based picking and reduced worker fatigue from walking to pick locations.

As a result of this transformation, Zeek Logistics has been named a 2022 Top Supply Chain Project from Supply and Demand Chain Executive magazine.
